Bookings and Check-in Policies

• Timings: Standard Check-In is 12:00 PM (Noon); Standard Check-Out is 10:00 AM.

• Early/Late Requests: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk in advance.

• Guaranteed Bookings: Require a valid credit/debit card or advance deposit payment at the time of reservation.

• Right of Admission: Saleh Haveli reserves the right of admission. Accommodation may be denied if valid identification is not provided or if the booking violates local laws or hotel policies.

Identification Requirements

• Domestic Guests: Must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License).

• International Guests: Must provide a valid passport and visa.

Property Rules & Damages

• Heritage Preservation: Guests are requested to respect and preserve the heritage property infrastructure.

• Damage Policy: Any damage caused to hotel property due to negligence or misuse will be charged directly to the guest.

• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available within the property premises.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• Infants/Toddlers: Children below 5 years can stay complimentary while sharing existing bedding with parents.

• Children (6-12): Will be charged at the applicable child rate.

• Adults (12+): Guests above 12 years are considered adults and require an extra bed/mattress at an additional charge
